Most of the exhibit is illustration work that he has done during the past 35 years. Most all of the original pieces in the exhibit were published in magazines, books, promotions or advertisements. While many of the pieces are airbrush and gouache, Brian shows his diversity with pen & ink, pencil and collage with a blend of humor and satire. Some of the most recent work is original photography capturing natural light and interesting compositions. Brian earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Printmaking and Graphic Design and a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design from Indiana State University.
He and his wife Jane live on lake in Clay County, Indiana with their border collie, Lilly.
